Cogent JustDrive2.1.0

Simplify the way you transport vehicles and freight with JustDrive. Easily start and stop trips, capture proof of pickup, and gather all of your required delivery documentation with only a few taps of your finger.

While a delivery is underway, periodic updates are sent in the background to keep everyone up to date on your progress. JustDrive lets you stay focused on the road ahead.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
. See the trips and shuttle runs assigned to you, and request open loads from the loadboard.
. Start and stop trips, and record arrival and departure at each stop.
. Photograph and upload bills of lading, proof of delivery, damage photos and signatures.
. Message dispatch and see trip updates as they happen.
. Review paperwork the office has sent back for correction, and resubmit it.

LOCATION TRACKING DISCLOSURE
JustDrive uses background location to report your position to dispatch while a trip is active, so the office and the customer can be given an accurate ETA for the freight you are moving. Your location is not collected outside an active trip, and it is used only to track the vehicles and freight moved on the Cogent platform.

WHO JUSTDRIVE IS FOR
JustDrive is used by drivers who are employees or contractors of transport companies running the Cogent platform. Your carrier issues the driver ID and password you sign in with, and you can be signed in for more than one carrier. There is nothing to purchase in the app.

Version History This update focuses on reliability — fewer crashes, fewer stuck screens, and
notifications and location tracking that hold up on the road.

NOTIFICATIONS
• Notifications have been moved onto a new delivery system, so trip requests,
messages and dispatch updates reach you more dependably.
• If you share a phone with another driver, or sign in for more than one company,
you now only see your own notifications after signing in.

FEWER CRASHES AND STUCK SCREENS
• Fixed the app getting stuck on the loading spinner when it starts.
• Fixed crashes when reaching the main menu after signing in, when photographing
paperwork, and when reopening the app.
• A dropped connection no longer strands you on a dead screen or locks you out of
the app.

LOCATION AND CHECK CALLS
• Check calls keep running while the app is in the background or your phone is
locked.
• Driving through an area with no signal no longer loses them — they are saved
and sent once you are back online, and no longer sent twice.

TRIPS AND LOADS
• You can request more than one leg of the same order. Requesting one leg no
longer makes the rest look unavailable.
• Requested and rejected loads show their status on the loadboard again.
• A load that has already been stopped cannot be delivered a second time by
mistake.
• Trip screens now confirm the order is still assigned to you before letting you
work it, so you cannot act on a trip the office has already changed.
• My Trips shows the mileage for the leg you are driving instead of the whole
order.
CHAT
• The chat icon shows how many unread conversations are waiting.

SIGNING IN
• The app remembers the companies you have signed in to, so you can pick one from
a list instead of typing the code each time.
